voice dial tips

I've tried using the voice dial and it seems to have poor reconition. I doesn't reconize even the simplest names such as "Paul" or even "mom" or even "Peter". I've tried talking slower, faster, louder softer and even made sure the phone language is set to English. Any suggestion would be appreciated. 😕

I had the same problem until did the "voice dial setup" under the personalize menu. It takes about 5-10 minutes the voice dial says a combination of letters and sounds and you repeat it back. I now have no problems using voice dial.
