Went to Cingular retail yesterday in NC....they have it! 😁
Also WAL-MART Has if for $118.83 on a ONE YEAR upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!! My KRZR of not even a week will be goin back tonight.......and amazingly I will be getting about $30 back b/c the V3XX is cheaper then the KRZR. I like KRZR....just feels excessively cheap.......im much happier with the RAZR form factor! I cant wait to get it and post my review!

oh..........and on a 1 yr upgrade at the Cingular retail store............219.99.......yup $100 cheaper at lovely Wal-Mart.............I will NEVER EVER bya phone directly from cingular! 🤣
