I placed the “RAZRV3xx.phoneplugin” in:
/Applications/iSync.app/Contents/Plugins/Appl ePhoneConduit.syncdevice//Contents/Plugins

I started using that plugin, it's fune for the contacts but I needed the calendar to work too. This one will work with the calendar to an extent.

It seems to have an issue with recurring events, if they recur more than once in a given week, it only shows the first instance, but that should be pretty easy to fix in ical.

I put the plugins into ~/Libary/PhonePlugins/
