Lack of Customization?
I just got a Heat yesterday and like the phone and the service quite a bit. My biggest beef is it doesn't seem I can customize the phone very easily. I'm mainly talking about default settings. The T9 texting SUCKS bad on this phone, and I'd like to have it automatically be abc, but I can't figure out how. Any clue?

😕 I know that does suck pretty bad actually i have found the same issue but you win some you lose some I mean the CS is amazing friendly quick and everything else! The phone has so many features to. Not to sure how I feel about the whole touch pad thing personally I hate it didnt realize it would be such a pain in the ass but no help actually I concur though! lol t9 sucks ass!!
