considering also that New York city is under attack by a giant monster... and that nobody should be able to get through with a cell call....yeah, I know. Lame.

Oh, and the funniest part. When he presses "end", it makes the same "end" sound that my old motorola V551 does.
I thought that sound was motorola exclusive. I guess the sound editors didn't care...not that everyone would notice. But I did.
