Software Upgrade & bluetooth issues
Hello,
I had my software upgraded and now my blue tooth device, which used to work just fine, randomly disconnects from the phone. Anyone else have the same problem. Any thoughts about a fix? Do you think it is possible to get the firmware rolled back to the previous version?

Same thing here. I can't even get the phone to see the bluetooth device (Nokia BH-900). If I reboot the phone it will detect the headset but it won't stay connected.

Sorry to hear that. I stopped by Verizon and they indicated it was impossible to roll back the software to a previous version. I am going to get a replacement phone to see if that fixes it. I'll let you know.

Actually, I found out it wasn't the firmware upgrade. I had taken the phone in originally to get the camera fog problem fixed and get the firmware upgraded. They gave me a replacement phone for the camera issue and then did the firmware upgrade. The Bluetooth problem started about a week later then. I took the phone back and told them I thought it was the firmware so they gave me another replacement phone and left it at version 1. That phone had the bluetooth problem about a week later too. I took the phone back and they reluctantly gave me another replacement phone, which didn't work any better that same day. I took that phone back the next day and they gave me another replacement phone and that one didn't work right away, I made sure I tes...
