Will it be for Cingular? wouldnt you think if it was they would bring it out with 3G attached to it. The summary talks about Edge, making me think T-mobile. I know cingular has edge still, but you would think they would try to get everything to 3G asap.

There is no 3g because the new OS (Java Linux) doesn't support it yet. So it's any bodies guess as to who will carry the phone.

at&t crippling phones? You must have meant Verizon, yeah Verizon's what you meant. Oh and BTW, at&t never carried the N95. But I guess if you can so easily mistake at&t for Verizon, then you could just as easily make things up. Just sayin...

And how exactly is the N75 crippled? The only thing I can think of is the A2DP bluetooth profile not on there. But for your information, Nokia took that off, not AT&T. And you can very easily put it back on with a software mod.
