you can also go to att support and get the mms and internet settings from the razr v3xx, and type the settings in yourself, thats how I did mine, and it worked fine.
Also there is a funciion on this phone that will search your service and set it up automatically, I didn't try it because I already typed them all in and if it didn't work I didn't want to have to type it all in again.

You don't have to talk to anyone at att, the settings are there on the screen, just put them in the right place, took about 5 minutes.
Love the phone by the way, you made a good choice.

I have the old att wireless (blue) calling plan I never switched to cingular. I'm was able to set up the email but not the internet can anyone help????????? Thanks in advance!
