The HTC 6800/ mogul is the best phone ever made!!!!AND BLOWS THE APPLE IPHONE OUT OF THE WATER!!!!!! Smaller and thinner than a Treo 700p and 1/3 of the thickness of the 6700 it is truly a pocket friendly/mobile mini computer. Windows mobile 6 is awesome, EVDO rev is fast, Wify is a great alertinative, and Rev A will be a free update in fall making this device a true winner.This phone is also wi-fi capable. The camera is excellent 2 megapixel with great features and can take clean pictures in pitch dark! Active sync seems to work better on this device and Microsoft direct push makes email flawless. Don't think its for kids, it is aimed at young adults with the means to pay for it. It also is a fashion accessory, and in todays day and age with mobile devices it is an asset. I also think if it had 3g hsdpa it would be far better. And Keovani, I agree, I can wait till ver 2.0 comes out.
I will say this, like or hate it, want it or not, it will change the way premium mobile phones look and work in the near future, and I think this is a good thing.

Don't get me wrong, I love what HTC has done for the Pocket PC crowd, I have had a few of their phones, HTC Blue Angle, HTC Wizard, HTC Tornado, etc, but their designs are getting dated and they really have not come out with anything "new" in a while. The Mogul looks like a rehashed HTC Wizard/Hermes etc. Just a tad thinner. And even the Touch really isn't that neat as the new touch interface only works in the HTC designed main screen. Almost all of their new phones look the same, and most of them are using Omap 850 processors, which when overclocked worked descently but a tad slow stock. I want to be wowed, and HTC hasn't done that for me in a while.

OK then the Cingular 8525, while I won't say its an iPhone killer, it is comparable to the 6800 and has been offered for sometime now and is due to be replaced this fall. I also don't think its not as good as an iphone, its different and for a different market.
I have an 8525, it is nice, and I hear the 6800 is even nicer. I also don't intend on getting an iPhone, nor do I think ill of it or this who wish to get one, the iPhone is sweet, I hope you guys enjoy them when you get it.

yeah right although HTC makes some pretty good devices, c'mon now. Cingular had that phone 7 months ago. The 8525 has been out for that long and well, sprint finally got their version of it. It was bound to adventually come out for Sprint. The 6800 still runs off of windows and everyone knows how unstable that is. Sorry man but it pretty much sounds like you are tyring to sell or even work for sprint and need the business. Nice try

YEAH BUT THAT 8525 DOESNT HAVE THE OVER THE AIR MUSIC DOWNLOADS OR SPRINT TV OR THE GPS NAVIGATION THAT THE MOGUL HAS. THAT ON TOP OF THE FACT THAT SPRINT DATA SERVICE IS WAY BETTER THEN CINGULAR'S AND AS I STATED BEFORE ONLY COST $15 A MONTH AS OPPOSED TO THE $40 PLAN THAT ATT&T IS REQUIRING THE IPHONE TO HAVE FOR DATA SERVICE THAT IS SLOWER THAN EDGE BECAUSE OF THE FACT IS DOESNT HAVE 3G DATA.........THAT MAKES A WHOLE LOT OF SENSE ABOUT AS MUCH SENSE AS TEAMING UP WITH YOUTUBE.COM AND THEN NOT HAVING A VIDEO CAMERA ON THE PHONE....

Are you freakin serious? If you had paid attention to anything posted , You would know that you can send any song to the 8525 from another phone/pda or from a pc through email, infared, Bluetooth, MMS and downloading from the internet , it doesnt need to go to any "store" you just find the song you want and load it. And as far as Sprint tv, We have cingular/at&t video or just find a live stream from alot of choices that have nothing to do with At&t . Sorry dude thats a swing and a miss. AT&T in no way restricts the 8525 compared to anything Sprint sells. As far as the iphone it would be wise to wait for the 3g version but 8525 is way better than anything Sprint has to offer even after the 8525's kid brother Mogul comes out.

But the one thing you idiots who want to think that the Iphone is gonna be better fail to realize is that you can't add music anytime or anywhere you want, and I bet you'll have a lot of fun being strangled by the cord from your headphones since the iPhone does not support A2DP (stereo bluetooth for you common folk)

Thats true..all people are looking at is the thin shiny form factor...and this multitouch...people this isnt that innovative...its basically a Samsumg Blackjack or Moto Q with no keyboard but with touchscreen..it can't compare to a pda...and if this is suppose to be the media phone...where the hell is the "support A2DP" or why doesnt it have removable memory...im sure people would love to take a pic with their digital camera swap the sd card into their phone and email it...where's the flash on the iphone camera....this is a mobile phone ergo i'll be mobile what if my batt runs out of juice....no removable batt...what if i want to download a song wirelessly...? damn cant do that...and edge speeds...? everyone is using evdo and hspda...why wou...

The Mogul is a great unit. It has everything you could want in a PDA style phone. That being said:
It, like the 8125, 8525, and 8925 is aimed at the PDA market. They are great units for the business man/woman who needs the entire existance of their life in one place. Great for those people.
NOW, no one who owns an iPhone is blasting the HTC products for being slow, buggy, and quite frankly....difficult to use. Until now.
The 8125 was a revolutionary device. As was the 8525 and now the 8925. The problem is that they all use the same interface with some minor software upgrades that they call "firmware upgrades". They are very buggy as soon as you try to do something "non-windows" relate...
