24 hrs later and still not a working iphone in the house!

😳 After hours on hold with ATT neither iphone works- one phone I can at least LOOK at the menu and features but I cannot call or receive calls and the other one I can only dial 911- I cannot do anything else!! Unreal, ATT sure blew this one, talk about poor planning... After dropping over a grand for 2 phones this is so disappointing... Why in the world do they lock it down so you can't do anything- not even view features prior to activation?

I think by making you activate it at home, they don't want people to buy one unless they plan on using it as a phone. I know a lot of people who would have bought it for the iPod, Video, Calendar, etc. features.

I had similar problems, I'm a foundation account, so I had to call in and have them remove all my foundation bonuses, plus remove my old data plan and telenav and the process took less then 2 hours.
