HEARD A NEW UPDATE WAS COMING OUT THIS WEEK,ADDING VOICE MEMO AND DISC STORAGE????

Disc storage? You mean, enabling the 8 gigs as a data drive? cut and paste kinda thing. No biggie, really. It's nice, but you'd have to teather the cord around. Meh.

Don't know what's on 1.1.3 yet. Search Engadget.com. They have a few articles on what's coming up.
