I just downloaded it without issue. Very smooth. It has some nice new features but unfortunately no MMS support.
You can arrange the icons on the main screen and add shortcuts from Safari very easily.
Send SMS to multiple people.
Google Maps location... I was very surprised how quickly it acquired my location. I'm going to test it out and about - could it have been a fluke?
All in all nice update...
