Need Some Serious Help Not Sure to Return Phone Or Not
Not sure this has happened to anyone else A couple of times I have had my iPhone playing during shuffle mode for some reason it shuts off meaning the music stops playing then the iphone goes back to the Home Screen, after this happened the first time i went back into the iphone and just started playing the music again but the same thing happened it went right back to the home screen and shut the musci off. So What i did was Powered the phone off and started back up 5 minutes later and the problem went away, but know 2 days later and its doing it again, I have called apple and they told me to do basically the same thing i have already done, so I am stuck I dont know if it's a defected phone or if its something that happeneds to all the phones...

demand an exchange. if that doesn't fix the problem, it's just a glitch.
my iPod will sometimes just not play, and I have to turn it off then back on. I've had it sent to apple to fix, and they said it was fine. So, it's just a bug, probably.

hi how's it going. I was reading your post and I just wanted to tell you no you don't have to return it you can just take it to the apple store and they can take a look at it. Just take it to the genius bar. Trust me they will fix your problem. I had a problem with my iPhone. All it was doing was showing me the apple logo. ( like when you turn it on ) it wouldn't do anything. So I made an a appointment and took it down there. I told the genius at the genius bar and he connected it to his computer and told me he'll have the problem fixed in ten minutes. I went to look at some skins while I waited and five minutes later ( not ten like he told me ) he brought me my iPhone turned on fixed and like ten unread text. They are great over there. Just...
