Ringtone Problems

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but at times my 902 will not play my downloaded ring tones causing me to miss call. It also will not play them when used in conjuction with the alarm clock. When I notice that the tomes are not playing, If I turn the phone off and then back on it will the ringers for awhile. Anyone have any ideas?

I've had the same problem and yes I have been using the alarm since it started too.
