No custom ringtones?
On other windows mobile devices you could just copy a mp3 from WMP to the sounds folder, but it doesn't seem to work on the Q. When I look on the support page it only mentions downloading ringtones. Anyone do their own?

Yes you can create custom ringtones but they need to be under 300kb in size. I ran into the same problem, I had ringtones I created for my Razr and they wouldn't show up. Once I chopped up the clip and saved it down to a 96 bitrate it worked. I have found that 12-13 seconds at 96 bitrate can keep the file under 300kb.
