WCDMA Version?

Under the specs shown here on phonescoop there appears to be a WCDMA version of the Q9h phone available somewhere. (I'm guessing the 'W' stands for 'world'?) Could this phone be made to work on Verizon's network?

There is the Q9m on Verizon. And I read somewhere that a Q9c would be for Allltel.

I understand that, but the Q9m doesn't have GPS. (And it's a tad on the garish side. And I don't use that word every day!)

W stands for Wideband.

There are other versions of the phone available overseas, but there is not a tri-band 3G version. All versions of the phone are Quad Band GSM for world voice and weak data, but they are either 850/1900 (US & Australia I think) or 850/2100 (Everywhere else) for high-speed data.
