That depends. I happen to prefer the real keyboard and the flatter phone. The Tilt has WiFi, but I had an 8525, and the wireless is finicky to the point of being more trouble than it was worth.

I also found the touch screen to be hard to deal with when driving. I know, unsafe, but it happens, and the keyboard is better for that....

I have had both. I prefer the Q9h.
I like the one-handed ease of use of the Q and the integrated speaker-independent voice.
The sound via my BT headset sounds better on the Q.

One of the benefits of the Tilt [IMO] is that HTC included the X-button app to "close" programs instead of leaving them running in memory.

I bought the tilt the first day it came out, and used it for almost one month, then returned it and got the q9h. I like the q9h better because of the form factor, but the tilt had windows mobile pro which is liked better, it had a sim manager and little stuff, like when you are texting someone u could just type their name and it would pop up instead of going to another screen, the x button vs task manager...the lack of wifi is annoying, but what ive noticed the most is that the q9h doesnt always connect to 3g, sometimes edge and gsm, while the tilt was always on 3g (im in southern California). I thought the tilt was too thick.
