Can MP3s saved to the SIM card be used by the phone (as ringtones)?

The only way you can get mp3 files to play on your phone as ringtones is by buying them from tracfone.com. PC connectivity has been disabled so you can send an mp3 file to your phone through MMS, but it won't play as a ringtone.
