I own one too. I've done a ton of searching on this on countless sites but every one of them leads me to the same answer, no. Tracfone has disabled PC connectivity...more than likely to keep users from loading their own ringtones and forcing us to buy from their site. I'm sure people will keep trying though.

Well, I've got my pc to recognize the phone via the data cable. My phone is actually charging now, before it wouldn't do anything. Does this mean I might be getting close? I'm trying to find free software that will allow me to move files to my phone. Any suggestions? Thanks for any info!
