You would be better off looking at the package of the phone to make sure. The specs. phonescoop list this as a tri-band 850/1800/1900 phone. So yeah, if the specs. are correct, the phone will work in Europe, but just in the 1800 band. So if there's any carrier that operates only in the 900, then those carriers are out of the question to use, as the phone doesn't have the 900 band.
