I did the firmware update thru VZW, and now my 4GB wont work

I just did the update, and now the phone wont read my 4GB card, where it had no problem before. How do a) get it to work, and b) get the original firmware back on it?

I also did an update on my Z6tv. Only i used the Motorola Software update from the Motorola website. I was using a 2gb SD card in my phone then I did the update and now it only supports the 1gb SD card. I spent an entire day with tech support with Motorola and Verizon. Finally I was able to talk to a tech support superviser at Motorola. I pointed out that on the Motorola tech support website the phone shows support for 1gb SD card. Then on the Motorola product page for the Z6tv it shows support for a 2gb SD card. The superviser gave me the corporate address to file my complaint. I urge you to do the same.
