Change home screen to event listing

Any Treo owners out there that can help? I am using a Moto Q right now and though I hate the OS, the one feature on the phone I really do like is the ability to display my next half dozen appointments on my home screen (using Facade and a custom skin).

Is anything like this possible for the Palm software where I can "replace" the normal home screen with a daily agenda type display?

Its in the calandar. Hit the calandar button. Go through the options. There should be the option to set the agenda as the first display type when you hit the scheduler button. you can set that button to a screen thats very similar. I use it. Plus the background is customizable!
