Palm Treo 755p
buy in the store or online
I see that you can buy the 755p from sites such as Letstalk.com for a good price online, or you can buy it directly from Sprint. I was speaking with a rep at the Sprint store today and he told me that there are people who have had a lot of problems with their online orders. Problems such as service plans and/or receiving their rebates. He even mentioned there is a class action lawsuit against LetsTalk.com and Wirefly.com. Have any of you who purchased your 755p online run into any of these problems? Are there any specific websites you would recommend buying from, or should I just go and get it directly from the store. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I only buy from corp stores...i know vzw wont honor warranties if the phone is purchased from sites like letstalk or wirefly.
Its not worth the hassle....buy it from a sprint store. And treos can be buggy, so I would want the warranty to be honored.

Thanks Chris. I also read online about LetsTalk.com's horrible customer service last night. It sounds like they do a great job up until you order, but then they pretty much ignore you after that (such as obtaining your rebate, shipping problems, device problems, etc.). I am definitely going to buy directly from Sprint.
