Verizon 755p - Big Troubles. Bought on Dec 17
Ordered it Dec 17, arrived on Dec. 18 I've used Palms since IIIxe, I'm a die hard, but...
Since Dec 18:
2 chats with Tech Support about no web connections
2 Full HARD resets (why I'm up on a Sunday)
Screen Freezes constantly
Device Freezes up constantly
Gave up on the case - I have to soft reset - have to remove battery - oh, numerous times just to make a call or anything
Versamail crashed
I want to cry...it has everything I need for work and play - IF IT WORKS
Anyone else out there with suggestions? I'm going to send it back hoping I got a "lemon"

FYI: You shouldn't have had to pay anything via Verizon. The warranty covers all charges.
Except for liquid and physical damage.
