What is required to download my phonebook to a M300? I have looked for cables, but cannot find any information.

Will you be purchasing the M300 from a Sprint direct retail store? If so they have the capability of transferring your phonebook from your current phone to this one.
Going forward you might want to look into signing up for the Wireless Backup feature, ($2 a month) this way your phone book is automatically updated and stored online and in the event you receive a replacement phone from insurance or do another upgrade, the phone will automatically download the phonebook.
