Dang man, 3.5mm is standard size for most earphones, you don't have a pair? I find this way more convenient than the smaller jacks. I have a pair of Sony MDR-V700 headphones and this phone pushes them to the limit! SO loud and so clear! The bass really hits, too.

Yes, it ships with one, that is ear bud style (though they are very very large and hurt my ears). They have a decent mic on them though, with a call answer / end button on it. By the way, that sould be the least of your reasons for getting this phone. I picked mine up today and I can't put it down. NO CONS!!! At least not yet. Enjoy.
