Best AT&T Smartphone??
I may be switching to AT&T soon for my new job, and need to get a smartphone for email/work purposes. However, I want all the features I like with Sprint (Sprint TV, ringer, music downloads, etc. - I think they have a version of MobiTV, and Video downloads). Does anyone know what the best phone is that AT&T offers? I know they will be rolling out 3G coverage here within the next couple months, so I was searching through the 3G phones online too. I was looking at the Blackjack, the Curve, the Pearl, or the Treo 750.. the 8525 seems too bulky to me. I also want a camera. It seems like, with what I want (camera and 3G services), that I am down to the Blackjack and Treo. I'm not sure though. Cost isnt a concern, nor are the additional da...

Ok well i work for AT&T and I have the curve. It is amazing! The internet speed is pretty slow (not 3G) I use the internet daily for work and pleasure and I really have gotten used to it. You can download ringers, music, and things of that nature through the Meia Net browser which is present on the phone. It does require a service plan to use like any phone.
The blackjack is a very basic entry level phone. But it is 3G. I would recommend it for a beginner but not for someone that has used a PDA before. The Windows platform seems to be a little sluggish and freezes too often for me.

I work for AT&T as well and use the curve. It's by far the best phone I've ever used. It makes managing e-mail so easy!

I love my 8300. I wish it had Wifi and was 3G, but it has a great radio and the full Qwerty keyboard is a plus.
