Ringtone ID issue
I'm just curious if anyone else has had trouble with the ringer id feature on the phone. I can set a ringtone for a contact but when that person calls I only get the default ringtone. AT&T has no clue what the problem is and sony doesn't either. Sony told me it sounded like a software issue and told me to exchange the phone for a new one so I did and still have the same issue.

I had the same problem with this phone. Out of the box the first one did not recognize picture and ringtone ID's. When I called the AT&T store I was told to bring it back and get a new one. The AT&T sales person tested the new phone to make sure that it worked, but sure enough, when I got it home, it stopped working. The phone was fixed when I went to the Master Reset under the general tab on the settings, and selecting "reset settings".
This phone concerns me because earlier today the phone just died. It wasn't off, just frozen and it would not work at all or turn off. I had to take the battery out and when I started it again, the date and time would not adjust correctly. I did the whole "reset settings" again but the time was sti...
