Before you buy, check this out...
Anyone else having problems with their nav wheel? It seems as if it works fine sometimes but then most of the time it isn't responsive and I've tried all sensitivity levels.
Also, anyone else's keypad unevenly lit? It looks like my l, 4, 7, * keys are burnt out. Let me know if any of you are having these issues or if it is just my phone. Thanks

I have two. One red and one Blue. Neither of them had that problem. The red one fresh out of the box had a stiffer nav wheel but it loosened up over about 2 hours of playing with it. The blue I have had never had any issues.

Got mine Tuesday, so far, a big fan.
The middle of the keypad is brighter than the edges. The d in send is definitely brighter than the s, as the e in end is brighter than the d. I think that's the way the back light is. This does not effect the performance or usability of the phone.
You could always swap it out for the krzr1m if a well lit keyboard is really a looking for. That keyboard looks great. Forget doing anything else with that phone aside from making calls, but hey you could stare at the well let keyboard. 😉
