White Page on Power On

Does anyone else have a white page the shows up when you turn your phone on that says "registering applications" and doesn't go away until you slide it up and down once??

Is there anyway to fix this??

Phones usually do that after a hard reset or after programming the phone. It's normal.

mone doesnt, sorry yours does. What happeneds when u go to settings, then power on/off, then change the on setting?
