Yes, you can out music from your computer on it. It's called a Music Essential Kit or Music Manager Kit. Whatever VZW wants to call it this month.

Actaually it is cheaper to buy a SD card reader and the SD card. Stick the microSD card in the phone and format the card. Next using the SD card reader to load mp3's to the My music folder on the card.
Also, The Music ssential Kit does cost. Here are the two options:
2.0 - 2GB MicroSD card, stereo headset, usb cable, and VZW Music Manager software. (Software is free from the website) - $50
4.0 - 4GB MicroSD card, Bluetooth stereo headset, usb cable, and VZW Music Manager software. - $150
