LG Muziq / AX-565 / UX-565

I've had my Muziq now for about two months. About a week ago I started noticing odd things happening.

The first thing to happen was I stopped getting call waiting. It no longer gave me the option to answer an incoming call when I was on the phone with someone else. I've searched the settings for call waiting options but can't find any.

The next thing to start happening was that my applications would end when I closed my phone. If I'm running the GPS or anything like that, instead of saying "Application Running" on the front it just closes them out. Again I checked the settings for something and found nothing.
Mind you, I haven't changed anything other than text messaging setting since I got the phone.

How do you use songs downloaded from the Music store as ringtones?

Does anyone know if the LG LX570 has bluetooth compatibility with the Garmin Zumo 550 GPS?

So it's bewteen Helio and Sprint.

I have some questions on the Muziq that most of the reps didn't know. ☹️

Number one: If I'm using the GPS directions (turn by turn) can I use that in conjunction with the FM transmitter so that the directions shoot out over my car's radio? (Hence the car radio is saying "turn left here").

Number two: Does this phone come with a USB cord? The website doesnt mention it, but a rep said it did, although he didn't pull pull it out to prove it to me. I don't like the idea of having to buy a flash card reader just to get my music from my computer to my phone.

Number three: Can I also transfer Images and files to the phone, and view them (maybe even videos?) or is it only music. I'm sure this was cov...

Does anyone know where all the space is taken up? Supposedly there's about 20 MB of built-in memory, and I've only downloaded a couple ringers, themes, games, and screensavers, yet I'm already out of space. How can this be?

Has anyone had this issue, I have a customer that isn't so happy about upgrading the phone and I cannot seem to find anything out there on how to resolve this issue. When the phone is receiving the call you can normally push the volume button to silence it (when the phone is closed) and when its open there is an option to dismiss or to silence, it cannont be silenced inside either! Are they ways to fix this? Thanks

Okay I have sprint and to the best of my knowledge I CANNOT send ringtones through bluetooth right? Please correct me if I am wrong. Okay my problem I am having is that Im not sure how to send pics or music through bluetooth on the LG Muziq. I just bought this phone not even a week ago and I am still learning. I hope someone out there can help me!!! 😢

will the 6gb sdhc work here? like the way the 2gb used to work for the 1gb capacity phones?

Now don't get me wrong I love the phone!

But I got my first voice message since getting the phone yesterday and I listened to the message (and deleted said message) and I still get a one second quick vibrate (I'm at work so I don't know if there would be sound also) about every 2 minutes. And the voicemail icon is still up in the top bar? Any answer? Its weird and I think it will deplete my battery life faster.

Also I have had the same issue that others have stated about the music not being recognized in the music player but know it's there because it's in the SD manager screen. It just sounds like they may be read only files and I have to un check that when transferring them.

I just got the Muziq and I love it, but for some reason my voicemail and message ringtones wont play. When i get a text or voicemail it just beeps once. I have it set to play my custom ringtone, but it still wont. I noticed that if i am online on the phone and get a text the ringtone will play....why is that? If anyone out there knows how to get this phone to play the ringtones for messeges, I would love your help!

I heard that this phone had some issues with the T9word predictive text input. Has this been fixed via software/firmware update?

I just got the thing and was playing with the camera. Looked into the options and chose Full Screen. Now all the options symbols and what nots are off the screen but I cant get it back to Normal view mode! HELP!

a friend of mine just got the musiq and his battery dies very, very quickly... anyone else having these problems or heard of anyone having this problem? 🤨 ?

Some of my files will not transfer because the computer says..devise does not support protected content. Works fine for illegal? but not bought? Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Has anyone had any problems with this phone silencing? I have a customer that purchased this phone the day it came out. After a day of owning the phone his buttons on the side that you would normally push to silence the phone stopped working as well as inside the phone you have the option to ignore or silence. There was no way to silence it so we swapped it a couple days later for another thinking it was just the phone. His second phone does the same thing!! Does anyone know if this is just a Musiq issue or if there is a way to fix it?
