Phone Malfunctioning
So the "touch sensititive" shortcut keys are not working, more specificly the center one. It will randomly "press" itself making selections on my phone, like sending blank text messages or calling people. And when I try to press it on purpose it won't react. Very frustrating.....Any ideas? I have tried cleaning the area, turning off and back on my phone in hopes of resetting it, but still no luck.

i've heard other ppl hav had that problem...it makes me re-think purchasing the device, but i want it so bad! ☹️

im started having the same problem today. so what did u do, is it a software issue or the hardware.
