Motorola Q9m / Q9c

I called Verizon about upgrading my phone and got a bit miffed to find a new customer would get the phone cheaper than a customer that has been with them since before they were even called Verizon (11 years). I ended up getting upset with a customer care supervisor name Devin and asked to be transfered to their termination dept. They sent me over to the loyalty dept and a guy named Mario looked at my account and noticed I pay them about $450 a month for wireless phones for my business. He then said it was stupid to throw away a customer over a $349 phone when my monthly payment is greater than that.
