Motorola Q9m / Q9c

Battery life question

What kind of battery life are real world users getting for both a heavy user and a recreational user? I have the i760 now and other than the quirks of the device is works pretty well but I don't think it quite fits my needs and I like the Q9M better for my usage.

get the extended battery.
with bluetooth in use and email
syncing every 10 minutes you should last about a day before needing a recharge.
THe CPU's in all the Q's are power hungry
little buggers.

more like the OS is power hungry. Compared to the original Q - Q9m/c does much better. I have 3 email accounts syncing (one on exchange, two on POP delivery every 30 min) and use a multichat IM client 24/7. I get through a full day easy.
