won't charge anymore

5 month old phone and the port to charge it is broken already, has this happened to anyone else??? 😡 And it has not been mishandled.

Hello, no, the port got real loose so it wouldn't even charge anymore. I sent it in, it's costing $35 to fix it. Good luck with yours! 😁
