LG Rumor / Scoop / UX-260

😕 I've had my Scoop since the beginning of May, and haven't had any problems till early this morning, the screen started going white, and sometimes the screen would be mirrored, i.e. everything backwards. my wife's Scoop did the exact same thing a couple months ago and got it replaced with another scoop, and a friend of ours had the same thing happen with her phone..I'd also like an answer as to why these phones do that

Mine is doing it also, except it finally stayed white.. i'm getting a new one in a month ☹️

yup call customer care and ask for them to send you a replacement
