This is the one I use, there is an awesome cube configuration tool here, as well as 4 and 6 sided cubes. I am currently using the 4 sided cube.

I heard the performance wasn't very good on some of them. I was afraid of upgrading since I already had a working default cube. What's your opinion? In the way of graphics and speed are these just as good as the original?

No performance issues at all. I am running the six sided cube, with a bunch my own icons. It is so awesome. I hardly ever have to use the stylus or start button.

It works pretty well, except that the default cube still activates from sliding bottom to top....so you have to slide top to bottom to launch the new cube. But it's great because you can send text messages and emails to your speeddial contacts right from within the cube.
