Help!!!
Could someone please tell me how I can get my Touch to not always have its backlight on without shutting down external power--because I can't receive calls when the external power is off!!!???
I have gone into the backlight setting icon and can't seem to figure it out!!! I just hate that the phone is always lit up.
Any help is welcome!!!

I don't have a Touch, but I have had a Mogul and still have a Tilt unless its different (not talking about the touchflo interface) then other WM 6 or even 6 devices all you need to do is go into settings-system and backlight external power and check turn off backlight if not used for (I opted for 1 minute). The in Settings-system-power bottom tab to advanced and do the same where it says On External Power.
