Unable to talk without BLUETOOTH

has anyone had a problem with people not hearing you at all when the phone is not connected to bluetooth? my phone will ring and i'll answer hearing them fine but no matter what i do, they cannot hear me unless i turn my bluetooth on...any ideas?

Turn off bluetooth. Or when making a phone call switch to handset mode to answer the call. This phone has an issue with the bluetooth staying paired even though you turn your bluetooth headset off.

i tried that and still no voice. i'd hate to take it into the store but looks like i may have to..grrrrrrrrrr
