I think your right, i went to a cingular store last night and after finally looking it up on the internet that is what they agreed it was as well.

If anyone still cares about this topic, they're quite different in method.
I use both daily and things are just easier to do on the Smartphone/non touch screen device. Everything on MobilePro takes a few extra button pushes and somethings are just hand-me-downs from Windows Mobile 1.0. Of course the Pro can do a few things more like Remote Desktop or LogMeIn.
Neither are really that user friendly and I never recommend it to anyone that doesn't need the features.
