screen goes blank in call after 10 sec.
try calling your voicemail you can't press the options on the touchscreen. after 10 seconds in a call the screen dims and 3 more seconds goes blank. We have 2 and both do this. Att couldn't answer so put me to HTC who runs you thru 20 min. of nonsense and then finally admits they have "known issues" and a patch "might" be in the works. Seems like as many of these out there more would also be outraged. Anybody else having this issue? Any known fixes or back doors?

Go to this website and download the KaiserTweak zip file. Inside is a ".exe" and a ".xml" file. Copy both into the directory of your choice on your phone using active sync or bluetooth. Then run the .exe on your phone.

You will have a list of NEW options for things on your phone that you can enable and disable. The first one in the list is the "sleep" problem you are talking about. It is pretty handy! Some of the settings require a soft reset to take effect.

You can also just hit the power button on the side of the phone to turn the screen back on, then use the virtual keypad normally.
It's a PITA to have to constantly turn the screen back on when you're navigating some idiot company's phone menu, but you don't actually have to change anything on your Tilt to do it.
