Motorola RAZR V3a / V3s

sorry, my manual was in spanish. is it better to save to the sim or to the phone, phone numbers? I plan to switch my sim card and only need the numbers i have curently saved when I am in America. if I saved to phone, once I remove the sim card will the numbers still be in the phone? how does this all work?

also, if I got some moisture trapped on the display can this be cleaned somehow. can someoine email me personally. I am new here and haven't figured out this forum.
