Venus Replacement

I just got the new Venus last week and I think I might have blown out the speaker from adding my own ring-tones too loud(stupid I know). Can I just take the phone in and get a replacement or do I need to have a certain problem for them to do it? What can I tell them to get them to give me a new one for free? Thanks.

Tell them your speaker isn't working...not sure what happened. Delete your own ringtones off of it as well.
