Ringtone Problems

I just bought the venus the day after Christmas. I haven't had any problems with it so far and personally I love it. However I use a website to get ringtones sent to my phone for free. When I use the downloaded ringtones the phone does not vibrate when I recieve an incoming call. Anyone have any input???

That one of the Venus' "special features 👿 " right now. Hopefully it will be addressed with a firmware update in the near future.
