Texting problem?
Sometimes when im texting (I text in ABC mode) I will be waiting for the bar to move to the next letter but it wont.It just stays on the current letter I just typed instead of moving. Anyone had this problem before? I can fix it by turning my phone off then back on but its happend twice in 2 days.

No, that's a new one. It may be your phone. I only go into abc to "teach" the phone words, other than that, word is so much faster and easier. If it keeps up, I'd get it replaced.

it did it a few more times and i took it in while it was having one of its "episodes" and they gave me a new one. thanks though

I have the same problem! the cursur gets jammed and i have to use the arrow button to move it over. I brought it to the verizon store and showed them the problem so of course the tested it and said it was fine, even though i explained that it clears up when the phone is restarted. I insisted that the problem wasn't fixed so they gave me a refurbished phone. Now with my "new" venus, the problem is even worse! I don't know if maybe i text too fast and thats why it gets jammed, but its so annoying! I can't get through one text now without having the same problem. I'm going to try one more time to get it replaces..hopefully the 3rd phone is better ☹️
