Updated software today. Blew up phone. Given new one, but all my custom ringtones are gone and the new software denies ALL versions of Bitpim to access the files. No more custom ringtones 😢

update...BITPIM 1.0.6.20080804-test works if you identify the phone as a ENvee 2

I got the software upgrade and it didn't hurt my phone at all, it actually made it 100x better!! I never get lucky enough to get my phone replaced. I just want a new one b/c the chrome is peeling off like crazy!!
