sending thru bluetooth

does anyone know how to send ringtones frm your bluetooth to phone.? Also when your phone searches for devices can it detect your computer as a device?

Unfortunately the Venus can't receive ringtones via bluetooth, only download and BitPim which sucks. No clue on the computer though as I dont have bluetooth on mine.
