Blackberry problem??!!

For quite a few times my blackberry curve does start to reset itself right on the middle of a conversation.Does anyone experienced something like this?I love this phone,but this problem gets myself annoyed sometimes.Any answers would be appreciate it.

Connect the device to you computer and run the App Loader. Delete the un-used language options, the BB Sample Video, and the IM programs you don't want. If this doesn't work go to advanced, after making a back-up, and format the and reload the OP system. Should help!
