The phone itself will only be available through HP with the future possibility of being through AT&T later in 2008, according to an unofficial source of mine.
All in all it looks to be a very promising phone, not to mention just as a PPC its pretty sweet.
Also the estimated price from HP is ~$599-$699 which makes it a little expensive, but if you count the features on it, It is worth it...

Seeing it will be sold unlocked through HP and other resellers, and without carrier subsidy, it is a fair price.

Just checked HP.com again. States that it will be coming in 2008 now.
